Lee’s International Beauty & Spa Institute was founded by Mrs. Leena Khandekar, a globally trained and CIDESCO-certified beauty professional with over 25+ years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Known for her expertise in makeup, skincare, cosmetology, and body therapy, she is one of India’s most respected names in the field of professional beauty education.
Mrs. Leena has pursued advanced beauty training from prestigious institutions in India and Europe, earning both graduate and postgraduate certifications in skin and body treatments. She also holds a specialised diploma in cosmeceuticals and body therapy, making her an authority in holistic skin and spa solutions.
Her international exposure includes collaborations and seminars with beauty academies and salons in the UK, China, Singapore, Malaysia, and Dubai, helping bring global standards of training to India. Having performed makeup on over 15,000 clients, her hands-on experience reflects both artistry and technical mastery across various makeup genres—from bridal to editorial.
